How it works

A certain flow rate and purity of general nitrogen and hydrogen enter the device at the same time. After being fully mixed in the mixer, it enters the deaerator device. Under the action of the deoxidizing catalyst, a chemical reaction of ₂H₂+0₂=₂H2₂O is produced to achieve the purpose of deoxidation. After deoxygenation, the water vapor in the nitrogen is dehydrated by a cooler, and then the air continues to enter the dryer composed of two A and B to make the nitrogen dew point reach about ≤-60 ℃, one of the dryers for adsorption and drying, Regenerate the desiccator that has absorbed saturated moisture to prepare for the next cycle of adsorption work. The dried nitrogen is passed through the filter to remove dust, and the final result is high-purity nitrogen.
