The user is responsible for the management of the use of simple pressure vessels. Simple pressure vessels that meet the scope of application of this regulation do not need to go through the registration procedures for use. Simple pressure vessels within their service life do not need to be inspected regularly in accordance with the "Regular Inspection Rules for Pressure Vessels".

Article 44 The user unit shall establish equipment management files, conduct regular maintenance, inspection, and record and archive of simple pressure vessels. When abnormal conditions are found, they shall promptly request special equipment inspection and testing institutions to conduct inspections.

Article 45 Simple pressure vessels that have reached their service life shall be scrapped. If they need to be used continuously, the user unit shall report to the special equipment inspection and testing agency to conduct regular inspections in accordance with the "Regular Pressure Vessel Inspection Rules".
